Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Associate to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects and tracking workload packages, guiding design teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion
  • Managing drawing packages and information release schedule for multiple projects
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives
  • Oversee the production of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Manage and support junior staff members in the preparation of drawing packages and RFIs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth
  • Work within the established drawing checking procedure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., ARB registration)
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
  • A knowledge and understanding of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and BTR
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of InDesign is desirable
  • Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
