AIM Design are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architect/Architectural Technician and a Part 1 and Part 2 Graduate Architect to join our design led award winning practice in our city centre waterfront office at City Quay, Dundee.

We currently have a broad range of work from bespoke high end private domestic work to public and private commercial work including exhibitions, visitor attractions, retail and offices with an expanding workload of exciting projects at all RIBA Stages which you will have the opportunity to be involved in alongside a friendly supportive team here at AIM Design.

The ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Architect/Architectural Technician:

A minimum of 0-3 years post qualification experience

Excellent working knowledge of Scottish Planning and Building Regulations

A thorough understanding of general architectural practice systems, design and construction methods and of all RIBA stages of a project.

Experience coordinating other members of the design team (structural engineer, QS, M&E Engineer etc)

Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and under your own initiative.

Revit experience desirable.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop,

Excellent 3d visualisation skills in 3d Studio/Sketch-up.

A team player who is motivated and able to communicate well.

Strong design and technical abilities.

Part 1/Part 2 Graduate Architect:

Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and under your own initiative.

Revit experience desirable.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop,

Excellent 3d visualisation skills in 3d Studio/Sketch-up.

A team player who is motivated and able to communicate well.

Strong design and technical abilities.
